General provisions

These terms govern the use of the services operated by NovaForge Ltd under the Anjouan Gaming licence No. ALSI-152406028-FI2. Registering an account means reading and accepting every clause on this page. Anyone who disagrees with any part of the rules should refrain from creating an account and from placing bets.

Account rules

Opening and holding an account comes with the following conditions:

• Registration is open only to persons aged 18 or over, and identity checks confirm the age before the first withdrawal.
• One account per person, household, device and IP address is allowed, duplicates are closed with their bonuses voided.
• The details given at sign-up must be accurate and current, and changes should reach the support team without delay.
• The account belongs to its owner alone, selling, lending or transferring access to third parties is banned.
• Responsibility for keeping the password secret rests with the account holder.

Deposits and withdrawals

Balances are kept in NZD, with deposits starting from NZ$10 and crediting instantly on every method except bank transfer. Withdrawals go to e-wallets in about 24 hours, to cards within 1-3 business days, to bank accounts within 2-5 days, while crypto follows the speed of its network. Standard payouts carry no fees from our side, with one exception: cashing out a deposit that was never wagered triggers a 10% anti-money-laundering charge. Payment methods used for withdrawal should match the ones used for depositing wherever the method allows it.

Verification (KYC)

A document check runs before the first payout and does not repeat afterwards unless the account details change. A passport or ID card plus a proof of address covers the standard request, and photographs taken on a phone pass when sharp and complete. Random checks may occur at any stage under the licence obligations, and requested documents should arrive within the stated deadline to keep the account fully open.

Bonus terms

Promotions follow the rules stated in their own terms, and the points below apply across the board:

• Only one welcome package activates per account, and the choice made at registration is final.
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, table and live games 10%, jackpot titles nothing.
• Each offer must be activated in the promotions tab before the qualifying deposit is made.
• Attempts to abuse promotions through duplicate accounts, bet patterns or third-party play lead to the removal of the bonus and its winnings.

Fair play and prohibited conduct

Game outcomes come from random number generators tested by the providing studios, and results stay independent of stake size and history. The use of automated software, exploits, arbitrage schemes or any tool interfering with normal play is banned. Suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these rules can lead to suspension of the account while an investigation runs, with the regulator informed where the licence requires it.

Limitation of liability

The services are provided as they stand, and no guarantee covers uninterrupted access during maintenance, network failures or events outside reasonable control. An interrupted round settles by its recorded result once the connection returns, with the balance unchanged by the outage itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law grants and does not allow to be waived.

Changes to the terms

These terms may change to reflect legal, technical or operational needs. The current version always sits on this page with the date of the last edit shown, and substantial changes are announced in advance where the law requires it. Continued use of the services after an update means acceptance of the revised rules.
